KVS LOCAL TRANSFER PROFORMA(Admissions)

 LOCAL TRANSFER IN KVS
 Applications for local transfer (from one KV to other KV at same stations ) from Parents of students studying in Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Ground of application for local transfer as mentioned below:-
(a)   Allotment/Vacation of Govt. Accommodation
(b)   Parents' transfer (Cat. I to IV only)
(c)   Shifting to/purchase of own house.
(d)   Sibling Case
(e)   Any other reason (as deemed fit by the Principal, including shifting to rented accommodation, subject to availability of vacant seats.)
 
Ø Students who want to apply for local transfer may

(a)   STEP 1:- Take print of application form(PROFORMA-A) attached with this notice, fill complete details in Proforma-(A) with required self-attested document as mentioned in application form.
(b)    STEP 2:- Submit the duly filled Proforma-A to the class teacher along with supporting documents as per schedule of respective regional offices
NOTE: -
If applying on Sibling Ground Proforma-C is to be filled and verified by the school in which the sibling is studying. Both Proforma-A and Proforma-C will be submitted to class teacher/ Vidyalaya Office.
 
NOTE:-
Ø  Local transfer is based on merit as per approval of Deputy Commissioner, of the region. Mere          application for local transfer do not confer the right to get permission for local transfer.
Ø  Transfer Certificate from Kendriya Vidyalaya for local transfer may be issued only after approval of local transfer from the Deputy Commissioner, of the region.
Ø  Information regarding approval of application for local transfer will be displayed on Vidyalaya Notice Board/website of respective KV and Regional Office, as and when received from  Regional Office.

Ø Students from other KV (outside Region) who want to take admission in a KV may Submit duly filled Proforma-B in respective KV along with self-attested documents as mentioned in application form.
